HOW DO WE SELECT OUR RECOMMENDED INSTALLERS?

The Installers are well-established companies who have a proven track record in the high quality installation of Automated Gate systems, maintenance and customer support. They all have a business capable of not only a first class installation but can also offer a comprehensive after sales service to suit your needs.

The engineers are required to have attended installation-training courses, which gives them a good understanding of how the equipment operates and the way it is correctly installed.

Inspections of installations are carried out during the consideration of a company's suitability, which includes both the mechanical and electrical elements of the installation.

And we have included a feedback page to allow end users the opportunity to write about their experiences and we encourage all comments - good and bad! If we have a complaint it will be thoroughly investigated.

Note - the majority of our recommended installers will include for the mains supply in their proposals but we would advise that you ensure they use registered contractors. Under the New Part "P" Regulations, the installation of the mains supply and final connection should be by someone who is Part "P" Registered or alternatively it must be inspected by the local council's Building Control.
